Jet lag is killing me! Let's just remember this.

The most worrisome thing about traveling to other countries is jet lag.
If you don't adjust well, you will feel tired and less physically fit.
Then, let's find out how to adjust to jet lag.

It is necessary to understand why it occurs in order to adapt to jet lag.
Symptoms of long distance flight delays caused by crossing the date-changing timeline.
The intensity of jet lag is different depending on the time spent, direction of travel,
and ability to adapt to individual adaptation, and the interesting thing is that the biological clock is set at 25 hours per day, compared to 25 hours in the eastern part of the country.

Let's get enough rest before we fly.

If you are well prepared for the long haul, you will be able to arrive and be in good condition.
If you're on a tight schedule, put it down a little and spend a day or two relaxing. Keeping a tight schedule makes it harder to adjust to the new time zone.
Getting enough sleep can help overcome jet lag.

Drink lots of water instead of caffeine.

Avoid caffeine-rich drinks such as regular coffee, cola, and energy drinks. This artificial stimulator affects sleep ability and time to recover from jet lag.
The body works best when it supplies water, so drinking a large amount of water is a good way to counteract the effects of jet lag.

Wine is never consumed.

Drinking beer, cocktail and other drinks the day before the trip is not conducive to jet lag. Alcohol at high altitudes can cause dehydration and increase fatigue.
You had better delay since you can drink as much as you want while traveling.

Neither should sleeping pills be used to sleep.

It is not a good idea to resort to sleeping pills for the long haul. It does nothing to recover from jet lag but only adds to the fog when landing. If you want to sleep, choose a natural way.
For instance, drinking warm water or tea.

Let's get enough sunlight.

Getting enough of the sun can help you overcome jet lag. Unless you stayed up all night. That is why it is better to arrive in the daytime than at night. Even if you are tired, it makes you want to wake up and go outside and work.

There are many ways to adjust to jet lag, but the most important thing is to enjoy your trip. You won't have the slightest time to waste on the pleasant trip. I hope this article is helpful to your travel.
