Hello again my friends! I hope you all are well. This is @ricoagustinacio back again. I just want to share with you my experience as i have visited yet another natural wonder of Quirino Province.
The place is still under rehabilitation during my visit. Diamond Cave is about a kilometer from the main road of Barangay Landingan but road construction was on-going during this time.
These are just some of the many amazing sceneries as we trekked about 300 meters from the end of the major road under construction. This adventure seems very worthwhile as the cool breeze and the beauty of nature relaxes your soul.
Before you go having a spelunking experience into the Diamond Cave, you got to have a local guide and chip in some environmental fee worth P50 per person with free use of their head gears for safety concerns.
Some environmental and safety guidelines are to be observed before the tour. Note that the ecological fee was just P25 before. As more tourist come and visit, they have marked up their fees. As long as it serves the preservation of this natural wonder, i wouldn't mind cashing out some extra pesos.
The ascent to the main cave entrance seems very thrilling but still safety is a priority so be very alert and pay attention to the local guide as they have mastered the cave.
So what is inside the cave?
Are you still afraid of the dark? I mean, who would not fall in love with this natural beauty? This is the best cave i have visited so far in Quirino with all its beautiful rock formations
The tour takes about an hour to traverse from the main entrance to the other side, the exit which includes dry to wet conditions since an underground reservoir awaits the visitors.
It was a very worthwhile experince as we head out of the exit. So i invite you all my friends to come experience the captivating beauty of Diamond Cave.
