Secara geografis, letak Air Terjun Tansaran Bidin berada pada Desa Tansaran Bidin, Kecamatan Bandar, Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Provinsi Aceh. Untuk mencapai lokasi air terjun ini, setidaknya wisatawan harus menempuh jarak kurang lebih 35 kilometer atau dengan melakukan perjalanan selama satu jam dari Ibukota Kabupaten Bener Meriah,
wisatawan harus memarkirkan kendaraannya dan melanjutkan perjalanan dengan berjalan kaki selama kurang lebih 30 menit. Melintasi jalanan terjal berupa bukit, merupakan tantangan tersendiri yang harus dilalui wisatawan untuk menikmati keindahan dari Air Tansaran bidin.
