Dublin. A city full of life, cheerful people, good beer and top class entertainment.
I don't think there's a person who went to Dublin and did not say he would come back. You have to come back here.

I spent two days in Dublin. We were located relatively close to the center, 10 minutes walk.
Visiting Ireland and Dublin has always been my biggest dream, so I was very excited about it.
In the Irish language Dublin is written by Baile Átha Cliath. The river Liffey flows through the town, which after three kilometers flows into the Irish Sea.
Dublin is not a big city, and as the capital of Ireland there are only 500,000 inhabitants, which is not really much.
The weather is mostly cloudy, rain falls every 5 to 10 minutes but it is so clear and "light" rain that you can not even get wet.

Dublin's economy is still growing, especially since large companies are opening their offices there. Such as Google, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and others.

The first thing to see when you are approaching to town is the Spire of Dublin. 121 m tall cone located on O'Connel Street.

We walk down O'Connel Street and come to the most famous place in Dublin, the Temple Bar neighborhood with famous Irish pubs and many shops.

We continue to Dublin Castle which was built in 1204. The entry line was too big, so we decided to skip it.

Nearby Dublin Castle is the famous St. Patrick Cathedral. It is the largest and most famous cathedral of the Irish Church. It is devoted to St. Patrick, the protector of Ireland, whose name can be seen on all souvenirs and posters. The cathedral is really beautiful and great, and the surroundings and meadows around it are also beautiful.

The next one to visit was the Guinness Storehouse. It is divided into seven floors, showing how the Guinness beer is made and the Guinness beer history.

The last floor offers a wonderful view on Dublin.

We go to the city and we absorb the walls and the streets. About 7 o'clock, we decide that it's time for a break, so we return to Temple Bar where we decide to have Guinness at The Temple bar pub.

For the first time I drink Guinness, because otherwise I'm not a big beer lover, but this is really the best I've ever tried. It's so good that we bought it later to drink at the hotel.

At the airport we bought a package to bring the family, but it wasn't so delicious as beer we drank in the pub.

In the pub I fall in love with Irish people. They are so happy, dancing, singing and it is only 7:00 PM. No one is drunk and they are all good-willed.
That's not like in my city. The atmosphere was so good that I was so sad to leave this place and go to the hotel. Tomorrow, however, we decide to go back to the hotel early and go out in the night to see their nightlife.

I really enjoyed these photos as it was like a little trip down 'memory lane' for me. I spent a summer in Dublin when I was 18 and had a wonderful time---I won't say how long ago that was---lol!
