Hello, Steemit!

I want to share my life experience. My story is for girls and guys who want to change there life and start to travel.

I was working, like all normal people, was thinking about survival in the big city, trying not oversleep the job, and was runing to the subway, like the chief and get everything.
I lived in the city, rented an apartment and did not think about life. I kept thinking, thumb in my mind other people's opinions, parental prejudices and what as the right thing to do and what to say to different people. Yet it is not clicked inside of me, until I came to the idea! in current of two weeks, I quit my job, moved out with my nice apartment, and went all alone in faraway Asia in order to find peace of mind.

It was a sweet, dirty, noisy and good India! The first country in which I fell in love! But I understood later. My first impression was not the best. I arrived in Delhi. Oh my God! it was so awful! Such an amount of people I have never seen! Such an amount of homeless people, the crippled without arms and legs, just bags of bones and meat, beggars! People on the street looked like suffering in hell. They pestered me, touched me, shook my pockets . And do not let me miss.

In Delhi, was so noisy that after a while you will not hear nor as continuous honking drivers tuk-tuk or a shouting hucksters who sell the most delicious lassi in the world, not even hear the cows ... nothing. Only you have in your mind, your thoughts, your desires and ... shanti.

Calmed down, I drove to Auroville. Auroville - the city of dawn. It was founded by Mirra Alfassa as an experiment to create an international community of people living outside of politics and religious preferences. City, developing under the auspices of UNESCO. One time the city was the first in India's Silicon Valley.
Here and now, people of different races and religions. The main language is English. Everything is very simple and clear. Probably because of that the majority of Europeans, rather than the Indians, who were always all complicate and confuse.

I met with Hindu on CouchSerfing. Very calm and reasonable. Native Auroville met me and held up their homes.
In mint meadow, away from the city and electricity awaited me two storey miracle - bamboo bungalows. I was immediately felt by this serenity and its remoteness from noisy and mad India.
We went to the second floor of the furniture and decor was a mattress and a kerosene lamp. This minimalism does not frighten us and reduce the cost of my impression.
My new friend gave me a fresh batch of laundry and showed how using the normal Cords move apart walls and control the wind. My bedroom with a mattress was under the roof and the ceiling are move apart. I could install your climate control, it is necessary only to pull the rope!

Thus in noisy India I found peace of mind and learn to toss away a problems. I found shanti. and it can happen at any time with you, and it does not need to go to India. It was my way into the city of dawn. And it is very symbolic!
I wish the good luck to you in search of Shanti.
