Thai New Year doesn't happen in line (as is with many Thai things) with the rest of the world. It happens in the hottest month of April and with all of the water one can summon. The year is 2560 according to the Thai Calendar, and the country is in desperate need of a cool down.

By hose, bucket, Super Soaker and any means necessary, you're getting soaked.
