Summer in Croatia is more dangerous than ever. The temperatures are above 40 degrees! Warnings were issued for 26 European cities. Heatwave Lucifer came from Africa and it will least until Monday.
How to behave during heatwave?
Drink fluids - a lot of fluids, and drink before you feel thirsty.
Wear light, white clothes.
Turn on air condition, but don't go outside directly from airconditioned room. You have to warm up your body or you will experience a shock.
Eat a lot of fruits, soups and light food.
Don't go directly to sun, especially between 11 am and 5 pm. If you have to, be in the shade.
Wear hat.
Maintain the hygiene.
Don't leave a child or a pet to stay in a car during the daytime.
