Recently I've be intrigue travelling around photographing the remnants of civilization. Run down, abandoned and dilapidated place that people have forgotten.
Wondering around these types of areas can be quite hazardous so please plan before you go. Obey any sign and do not trespass if its clearly marked. Where the proper footwear and take a headlamp, it can be very handy.

I have an abandoned train station in my neighborhood. It used bring hundreds of people into our city and a whole micro economy was built around it. Then sadly it was closed and the neighborhood died a slow death...
