For over thirty years, this property has been loaned/rented in smaller plots to around 100 local residents, retirees, young people for various projects as growing various agronomic crops, teen off-road bike bmx track, pottery project, honey extraction and many more. We do not conclude agreements with tenants, they are symbolic and are closed for a year. Mainly the rental profit we receive is for to cover the annual tax on real estate.

But every year, the land taxes are rising and rising, so it remains even more difficult for us to cover it and we are forced to sell the parts of this property in order to be able to pay the taxes.

Solution.
