On the map, they have 12 wine estates, Phaget Croal Wine, Bloemandle, Derbyville Hills, Klein Roosboom, Nitida, Altaidegate, D'Aria, Dimesdal, De Grandle, Hillcrest, Merendal and Signal Gun.

We visited De Grendel, Derbyville Hills, Klein Rossboom, Hillcrest and Dimersdale.

Hour 1: De Grande's Wine Estate
It was the first winery that we had visited and as soon as we arrived, they were quick to pour some sparkling wine and we immediately reached the truck. It is a big wine property and it took about ten minutes from gate to winery, they had some wonderful wine and the view of Table Mountain was so captivating.

A welcome air was cooling us because we heard how wine makers make their wines. We also visited a brief cellar and for me, this is the place where there is magic, is it not interesting that grapes can produce different flavors when they are made in liquor? They also have a restaurant that serves contemporary dishes with some South African influences. Their menu changes daily and these sources are local as soon as we were enjoying our wine, we went back to our second winery on the road, the time went fast

Sauvigne Blanc was a favorite among many people. They had a nice full body Merot that would be perfect when they were formed with a juicy steak. For visitors to buy liquor they have a great liquor shop, it came as a partnership between winery distillers and seven breweries, who agreed to cooperate and construct a winery in 1990. . So far we were killed by wonderful vineyards and we were on Hillcrest, which was in the Tigerberg Hills. What I loved, it was that some people had made a brewery and they made olive oil. They even give you a chance to eat, they make some craft beers in a hit between their havoc, Bhanuta and African Red Elle. So much so after some craft beer taste was delicious sipping and sipping.

Hour 4: Klein Rossbom Wines Estate
While every winery tries to be bigger, better and equestrian, it was a memorable one, it did not even have the temperament that others had. It was humble and so far, it became the most memorable, it was a little cave and had a different experience. For example, if you ran into the Sauvignon Blanc cave, you would get fruit with the flavors of a Sauvignon Blanc. It includes lightly crisp food when you get into a heavy red wine and you will get the taste of chocolate and spices. They made the wine tasting experience truly memorable.
