In Krasnodar, a lot of interesting mansions and architectural attractions. Today I will show you a building that is more than a century old, but it is very well preserved.

This house belonged to the well-known Kuban merchant Vasily Rubezhansky, it was built on the street Borzikova (now Communards). Once this street was considered very aristocratic and elite, here lived the richest inhabitants of the city.

Vasily Kondratievich had in our city a furniture and joiner's workshop and shop on Krasnaya street.

The mansion in the art Nouveau style is the work of the architect Gabriel Nikitin, and today it looks impressive and refers to the historical monuments of the Kuban.

The house has enfilade layout of the premises, and the facade is richly decorated with stucco floral ornaments and beautiful window frames in the form of pilasters.

In order to give the mansion an even more luxurious look, an open balcony was built over the porch. Now there is a chamber of Commerce of Krasnodar region.

On the lawns and flower beds grow bright flowers, birds sing, the house lives a new life.

Nearby is our City garden, which is always nice to walk, wander through the beautiful alleys and paths, admire the evergreen dense pine and spruce.
