very nice old houses, wonderful to go for a walk there is the great Christmas market, very recommendable, lots of delights really great also the astronomical clock very worth seeing
If Prague is beautiful by day, it is also to do night. Capital very safe, monuments and alleys have a lot of charm at night. Only downside: if you visit Prague in summer, you will see more tourists than locals. And that's a shame. I spent 15 days on a road trip all over the country, and outside Prague, you will find much more Czech soul, in villages with architecture as beautiful as the capital.
In three days we returned three times in Starometzky Namesti, both for the nice attraction of the astronomical clock with trumpet player, and for the stalls that served skewers of wurstels with chips and Prague ham on the spit (beware: it goes to weight and costs a bang , compared to cheap local standards!). Even the hot wine in this season is a pleasure.. To see the splendid façade of the Church of Tyn, however, we turned around for a while, until you find a small tunnel: why have we ever built some buildings (d 'era, for heaven's sake!) in front of? All beautiful, anyway.
would love to visit there one day
