The Netherlands are truly beautiful. While in Amsterdam I love to just wonder the canals and get lost for hours. The food is great and some of my best memories are of finding the odd patatjes (fried potato chips) shops along the way and grabbing a cone filled with hot chips covered in mayo. If you are looking for some great placed for photo opertunities then the canals at sunset are incredible.
