Never have been in a hot spring, but these ones look really nice! Is it also with a little smell of silver then? Because I've read that a lot of hot springs have this kind of smell? And how hot are they? Just curious!

Yes you are right.
That sulfurous rotten egg sort of Hot Springs smell is actually H2S, hydrogen sulfide. Not all hot springs have it to the same extent.
