Sicilia - lovely island with dangerous mafia story

For our first trip we chose sunny Sicilia famous from beautiful views, unusual atmosphere and legendary mafia story.

If you are crazy about mafia movies, Don Corleone or Al Capone you should definitely visit Palermo, where you can still feel their rules.

Palermo is an ancient city at the edge of Europe delivers a heavily spiced mix of Byzantine mosaics, arabesque domes and frescoed cupolas, baroque churches, and a place where date palms frame Gothic palaces.
