At the Mountain God Hall in Wun Ju Sa temple

in travel •  6 years ago

It was said that all temple building were destroyed.
When and How the temple was destroyed seemed to be unknown yet.

So all buildings in the temple were rebuilt in recent time.
It was reported that original temple place was located at the entrance place.
Now the original area was changed into the farmland, so the temple had to be built close to the mountain.

Among those boilings, what catch my eye was a small and simple mountain god hall in the corner of the temple.

Precisely speaking, what attract me was a drawing of the mountain god.
It was a first time to see this red and gold color painting.

The painting was amazing.
The mountain god in this temple was sitting on the back of a tiger.

A small place of prayer and meditation ... for one person. It looks really small. Very beautiful ..

@slowwalker,
Yeah as you said the artwork is pretty cool and amazing! Just by using two colors they made a wonderful drawing there! Actually I didn't see that tiger until you told that!

Cheers~
