Ever heard about Jinja, Uganda? Perhaps you should think about it soon!

There are many beautiful lands in Africa, of which it could be very confusing at times, deciding on where to start, and how many you can take in, just before you rush back to your everyday life.

For this, I am inspired by a friend in Kampala, Uganda who recently took a trip down south.

Uganda itself, is filled with many beautiful sights and wonders. It has a diverse landscape, and highlights such as Rwenzori Mountains, and an abundance of animals-rare birds included. To the northwest is the Murchison Falls national Park, which has a 43ft waterfall drop, and drops to hippos playing below.

Jinja is based in the southern part of Uganda, and it’s located on the shore of Lake Victoria.

“I am going to the source of the Nile” she said to me.

And indeed it is. It’s a land of very lush green grass, total tranquility. Just a sight of it, you will never want to leave. It looks like paradise….something like heaven on earth.

Whenever you just wanna get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, just take a break and head to Jinja, where nature in its full glory awaits you

You will never be sorry you did.
