We bought this for our first child when she was just three months old as this was the starting age for this swim trainer by Fred’s Swim Academy. At first I was abit concerned and skeptical but this amazing invention turned out to be the best thing we’ve ever bought. Unlike other 'floaties', this swim trainer places children in the optimal position for learning to swim and encourages the frog kick reflex that come naturally to babies. It’s been on the market for 20 years and this product is what I credit my kids in assisting them learn how to swim. My second child is using this now and he absolutely loves it. He doesn’t ever want to leave the water and he’s just started learning to kick to get around. This picture was taken after three hours in the pool! Not only does it let me rest and relax but as you can see, my son loves it so much and finds it soo relaxing, he actually slept here like this for a solid hour.
