Me parece desagradable tu propuesta, al decir "if you want to travel and you don't want to be forced to wear masks, Mexico might be the place for you".

Mexico still holding out on Covid mandates
I had to translate that and my apologies if it appears as though I am encouraging people to cause any harm to anyone else. If there are restrictions in place that are mandated, I think that everyone should follow them. I'm merely pointing out that there in fact are places where these sorts of things are not required and the locals don't wear them either.
And covid would have made it to Mexico even without foreign tourists. It's naïve to attempt to blame it on that.
