Hello Everyone!!!!!!!!!! Yes that picture you see above is what hunger and frustration looks like after 4 hours in Traffic. hahaha.

One more must-go-to restaurants while in the Philippines. This Place is called JAYTEE'S . Yes, mostly filipino food, but this late night attraction is open much later than most restaurants.

So we just got here at night after coming from Sucat, Paranaque, which is a city in the Philippines. After hours of traveling and running on frustration trying to survive traffic we finally made it to Jaytees.

So let your taste buds starts salivating because the next few sentences will get you excited and curious. So Lets see whats on the menu:

The First thing i ordered was some wake-my-butt-up coke

However the family ordered the following:

Pusit ( Pooh -sit) bbq Octopus. The meat is tender with mesquite bbq taste.

21.jpg

Lechon Kawali. Pork BBQ cut up in sweet BBQ sauce. This is my favorite dish forever!!!

20.jpg

Bulalo Soup. Basically its beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth. This thing will always be a crowd pleaser, even if there is mostly bone, you are actually in it for the soup.

The picture above me is Crispy Pata ( Paw - Tah) which is basically deep fried pig trotters or knuckles served with a soy-vinegar dip.

Can't forget Bihon Noodles. If its not rice, its Bihon, either\ or, we ordered it. Why? because we are really hungry.

This is just my plate. Everything is good here. Seriously though, while most restaurants in Tagaytay close at 6 or 8, these guys stayed open for us until 10pm at night. We left a nice tip for the waiters who served us.

The one thing that must be noted is that the real reason why you come to Jaytees is not for its awesome food, it is because it overlooks the Taal volcanoe. Its the perfects spot to see it. I will post that shot for you in my upcoming articles.

Hope you guys are hungry, best to come to the Philippines, and try our food. Other than that here is how to get here:
