Hellooo Everyone!!!

Its that time again to share with you another one of a kind restauarant, yes sushi is everywhere in the Philippines, but what makes this place unique is that it does have japanese trained and tenured sushi chefs and all techniques have been taught to them over the years by their sensei...... and Yes their Sensei is Japanese which is important because if its not, especially in the Philippines, it means the techniques have been flawed over generations of apprentices... and you are eating fast food sushi.

Enough of the small talk today I had some time to check UMU , which is a BENKAY affiliated sushi restaurant located in the back of one of my favorite hotels called DUSIT. So i took some friends along with me and we ordered my favorite items, except this time, in a new Sushi restaurant.

We all had the salmon salad.

Also ordered a few plates of the Tempura

Can't forget the mango/crab maki roll and my FAVORITE............ UNAGI!!!!!!

We had inkling for some curry clam and rice.

We all ordered fresh buko juice ( or Young Coconut Juice) which is served nice and cold because it was hot just walking to get here.

Over all with all the plates we've eaten to feed 6 people was roughly around 6000 pisos or about 130 USD. Super delicious, quiet environment, and hanging out here is very relax and chill.

I must say I have over-enjoyed my stay. I hope you like the pictures and are hungry for more of my Wined and Dined series.
