Earlier this year we visited The History Alive event at Fort Lytton Brisbane , Queensland, Australia. One of the many defensive forts built around the coast of Australia and New Zealand in the 1880's, in reponse to the fear of a Russian invasion...lol sounds like some of the retoric going on today.
There were many reinactment groups from Vikings to Vietnam War groups plus plenty of historical vehicles, one of these was a former Brisbane City Council Steam Roller.
