A very informative and useful post on Lisbon, congrats!
One thing though....
I can´t believe you wrote all that about Portugal without mentioning Bacalhau, hehe.

      Bacalhau is dried cod, it is national obsession in Portugal. Next time you go out for a meal in Lisbon ask for bacalhau à brás, it´s my favourite bacalhau dish and you´ll find it pretty much everywhere ;-)
