The Gorgeous Waters of Long Beach Resort

Koh Chang's greatest secret treasure has got to be the nameless bay in Southeast Koh Chang. The only resort there is called the Long Beach Resort that looks like its a backpackers dream. The huts are still fan based with some needing a lot of tender loving care. This gorgeous bay gives you the feeling of really being on an island in absolute seclusion from the world.

This amazing bay is the exact definition of paradise. Its crystal clear blue waters is chilled at the ocean's floor warming up to lukewarm as you reach its surface. I felt at total peace swimming in its waters hoping to live the moment to its fullest. The visual experience felt surreal and well worth the expedition to get there.

The roads to the bay and Long Beach Resort are quite adventurous. If you're on a motorcycle, be prepared to get your skills tested. If you aren't a good rider then hire a car or taxi to take you there. It's in absolute seclusion so you always want to minimize the risks. However you minimize that risk, if you are on Koh Chang, this is a must do. When you do arrive and swim in the bay's waters, you immediately know the adventure getting there was well worth it.
