Hi Steemit Friends,
As we know, I can't visit Japan and not talk about food !!!. The food selection here is absolutely stunning. The competition in this industry is super high so if restaurants don't have that taste customers thrive for, they can't make it in this country.
One Japanese food I can die for is Ramen
The taste of Japanese Ramen definitely attracts people from around the world. I've heard that it is because of the Soup.
Historically, Ramen noodles were originally introduced to Japan from China.
Japanese ramen is made from chicken bones and ingredients like pork bones, shellfish, beef bones, fish and vegetables. whereas the traditional Chinese soup was made only by chicken bones. This creates more varieties to the flavor of the soups.
Today I am trying Ramen at Hakata Ippudo Namba
During lunch time it is always packed here
They Open from 11AM–3AM
Near the Shinsaibashi Station in Osaka
The address is

The Menu has both Japanese & English and the waiters spoke pretty good English so that was refreshing.
My favorite was the Gyoza The dumplings Were very soft and the fillings was super tasty.
The Shiromaru ClassicSoup has a very strong and tasteful chicken bone style.
The Ippudo Karaka is the more spicy one. There are level of spiciness you can choose from. I chosen level 4 out of 5 because I love my 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶.
The food was so good. If you love the spice. You have to try this.
You can order an additional side dish if you want more pork for your soup!.
And pickles and spices to eat them with your soup.!!
They are a couple of rice menu but in my opinion, I think they are moderate. Worth more getting the soups for sure. !!
I had wonderful Reman bowls here.!!! Please do stop by and try if you have a chance to visit. I wasn't disappointed. 👌🏻 It's a perfect place to stop by after shopping. The place is right in the middle of all the fashion areas. I am having a blast here in Osaka.

@suerisue I am fascinated recently will all ramens. There weren't many restaurants in Poland that serve ramen but recently we have more and more :) I really like you post and maybe one day I will try original one :)
Kindly take a look at recipe of beetroot soup on my blog. I would say it's a also a far cousin of ramen :) as you can put almost whatever you want in it :)

Wow, that looks amazing! Have you also tried "ICHIRAN" Ramen? There are many of these restaurants around in Japan and also abroad! Definitely worth to wait in line for 30 minutes or so get to this amazing Ramen!

But you know what? Quality comes with its price. It is worth to "invest" in food, right? I mean we are eating it and this is our fuel. Back in the time when I was a student I tried to eat as cheap as possible because I couldn't afford it. I remember myself saying as soon as I earn money I am going to spend my money into food and travel - I will fully enjoy these two parts. check :D
But @suerisue you got this one first! I am happy for you. Eating ramen in Japan is still on my list. And thank you for the inspiration.
My next stop? China in August. I am going to gain a lot of weight :D

It genuinely makes me hungry - thank you for visually bringing me along on your trip.
I shall look up Japanese restaurants in Berlin right away which is not sushi. It is delicious, but generally sold by general (fusion) asian restaurants. I think there is a lot of mixture between thai, vietnamese and chinese food over here.
For now, I guess I will just settle for my packed 3 minute instanoodles.

This post made me hungry! LOL. It's one of my life goals to live in Japan for a year or two and I am just starting my prep work, so perhaps in a year or two I'll be there. In the meantime, I guess I just have to stalk blogs like this! Also, I would be your new best friend if you could find authentic recipes for Ramien that don't require you already be a chef. :-)
