My travel blog #2- Our day trip to Guimaras island in the Philippines part 2

Hello Steemians,

This is part two of our day trip to Guimaras.

The boat ride:

During our brief but super beautiful boat ride, we were able to go through a maze of nationally protected mangroves. This would have been a perfect spot to get some aerial shots, but sadly I did not bring my drone. The main reason is because the phantom 3 takes up too much room.

First stop, sand bar:

Because it was low tide we were able to spend some time on the sand bar. We were only there for around 10 minutes. Just enough time to get some really nice shots of the water and the sand.

And we're off again:

Next stop, Eco park:

The eco park had a concrete tower which we are able to climb and get amazing shots. The tower was a little tight to get into, but well worth it.

Part three will be of our next stop which was an abandoned light house. Here is a sneak peek. If you would like to see part 3 of our trip please follow @supergokue1, so you won't miss it.

It looks amazing, I am glad you had a good time.

Thanks, I appreciate it. You should come and visit the islands some day.

Indeed beautiful, aside from stunning view of sea and greenery, Guimaras also the number producer of sweet mangoes. Avocado is also good. I've been their twice last June.

My wife and I were also there in June. Maybe we were there at the same time.
