Longest Bridge In The World

The Danyan Kushan Grand Bridge is the world's longest bridge. It is 164.8 km long.
The bridge is located on the rail line between Shanghai and Nanjing. It is in the Yangtze river delta, the bridge runs roughly parallel to the Yangtze river, about 8 to 80 km south of the river.

The bridge was completed in 2010 and 2011.Employing 10,000 people, construction took four years and costs about $8.5 billion.
