Koh Chang, one of famous and beautiful islands in Thailand

Koh Chang is located in Trat province. It is one of the most famous, beautiful and wonderful tourist destinations in the Eastern part of Thailand. It’s not far from Bangkok.

Koh Chang is also well-known as the largest island in the Gulf of Thailand and the second largest island of Thailand after Phuket.

Koh means island

Chang means elephant

You can travel to Koh Chang and relax there all year round because the beauty of white sand beaches and blue sea of each season is different. (no matter whether it’s winter, summer or rainy season)

There are many beautiful beaches in Koh Chang.

For example:

Had Sai Khao

Had means beach

Sai means sand

Khao means white

The beach at Had Sai Khao is white and clean, as per its name. The bay has a long stretch of sandy beach. You can relax happily at the beach; i.e. swimming in the sea or jogging along the beach, etc.

Besides, you can watch the charming sunset at the beach.

Klong means canal

Klong Kloi Beach is a quiet beach where you can escape from busy life in the big cities. The lush mangrove forests and enchanting tropical landscape can attract tourists looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach holiday.
