Mae Fah Luang Garden, a fascinating garden, in Chiang Rai province, in the North of Thailand

If nature and flowers are your favorites, you would love “Mae Fah Luang Garden”....

The garden is situated in Chiang Rai province, in the North of Thailand. It’s very large and decorated with plenty of beautiful and colorful flowers and plants and surrounded by a nice forest.

There are various kinds of exotic flowers, especially those that grow well in cool weather (winter flowers). The flowers will change each season, so you will see different scenery throughout the year. They are very lovely, impressive and fascinating.

It looks as if you are standing in heaven.

Mae Fah Luang is the name that we call for the mother of our previous beloved King, Bhumibol. She was the founder of this garden and her palace, called "Doi Tung Royal Villa", is situated not far away from the garden.

There is a sculpture of children standing in the middle of the garden. Mae Fah Luang gave its name as “continuity” which means the work that can be accomplished must be done continuously. (1st photo and below photo)

It's a very cute and amazing sculpture with good meaning indeed.

Yeah! This garden is wonderful and fascinating, especially for Thai people who do not have the opportunity to go abroad, like me, i.e. we can admire a lot of "winter flowers" closely in this garden.

p.s. These photos are from my sister's trip at the beginning of this year. It's unfortunate that she took only a few photos of this garden. I myself visited this garden a very long time ago, so I could not find any photos from my trip.
