“Khanom Pia” or Chinese Pastry Mooncake is one of my favorite desserts. It’s believed to be a symbol of good fortune and good wishes to each other.

It’s a good occasion that I traveled with my mom and my sisters near Bangkok during the New Year season and stopped by at “Tang Seng Chua”, Saenphudad branch, which is located at Bang Pakong-Chachoengsao Road.

This is one of the most spectacular “Khanom Pia” shops in Thailand.

The sign of the shop's name and the entrance door are very large and look outstanding, these can be seen from a far distance and can attract our eyes.

The entrance door is especially impressive with a magnificent design of the roof. I’m not sure whether it’s Chinese or Korean architecture.

The two sculptures of the giant Singha look awesome.

“Tang Seng Chua” has a small group of buildings which are a mixture of modern architecture and Chinese architecture.

It is a prominent landmark; a warm and friendly stopping shop for people passing by.

All buildings were built with real material such as real wood and real cement. These can make the “Tang Seng Chua” look even more fascinating….
