Welcome, dear steemians. As you might know , I am known as the promoter of Slovenia. You may check my previous posts about this amazing country. Today, I am going to write about another amazing city in Slovenia. Even though this country is really small, it offers lots of different and amazing thing to do and places to visit. Piran is one of those fascinating destinations in Slovenia. It is situated in the southern part of the country. Even though it is really small, it manages to get attention from tourists who are mostly Italians, Croatians and of course Slovenians. The city is really close to Italy and Croatia!

The beauty of Adriatic

This touristic cute town is full of the examples of medieval architecture. Piran is known as one of the most visited towns since it is perfect spot to enjoy your summer time in a cute country like Slovenia. It is also quite cheap when compared to neighbour country, Italy. What I like most about Piran is that there are many narrow ways where you can walk for hours and hours. There are some old buildings that you can see different kind of things on their balconies. It is possible to see ships passing in the Adriatic sea from the perfect location of Piran. There is an old town square where you can see market stands at the weekends where you can buy many different things, including local souvenirs.
