AirBnB in a TRAILER in Portland, Oregon - GREAT TIMES!!!

We were trying to plan a trip to Portland, Oregon and we saw that AirBnB had a groovy trailer you could rent out for 40 bucks a night. Me and Payal said why not?!!

Portland is only a 2 hour drive from JBLM, so we left early in the morning and had a great drive down. We got to the address of the trailer, and the check in process was really easy. The trailer was located in the lot of the owner's hair salon - she was a fun and quirky lady, who really kept the groovy theme consistent.

The trailer was painted bright green and with the classic 80's flowers. The inside of the trailer had so many cool details and it was clean and a perfect space to sleep. And you know what they say, what happens in the trailer stays in the trailer. Just kidding - it was a sweet little spot, and easy for us to explore the city.

We went to a winery that day, that was really pretty and had a nice tasting experience. Then we went out in Downtown and met up with some friends. Portland's night life definitely took us by surprise, it was a blast.

The last morning, we went to a place where you make your own pancakes a griddle. It was fun because the pancakes are in a squirt bottle and you make your own shapes and add your favorite toppings. It's a great restaurant idea and the other kitchen items were delicious.

This trip turned out to be so unexpected and fun, so definitely take the weird route in life once in a while. You never know how much fun it will be! We kept Portland weird, and will DEFINITELY be back!!!!
