Amazing Experiences: Boat Trip Around Zakynthos – Part #6

And today… We continue our boat trip around Zakynthos Island, in Greece! 😊

Well, leaving a paradise behind is always difficult, but life goes on, so did our boat trip around the beautiful Greek Island of Zakynthos, on the Ionian Sea… So long, Shipwreck Beach!

(Oh! And good bye, Jack Sparrow! 😊)

Like we said before, the Northern and Western part of Zakynthos Island has little population and presents a bumpy terrain, with a lot of cliffs that harbor inaccessible beaches. We didn’t know it still, but our boat would make a remarkable stop at one of them…

In the meantime, we enjoyed the sun for a little while (even though it was noon, and it was really, really hot – don’t forget sunscreen! 😊), as well as the view to the cliffs on our left.

And, after this view, we were granted with a stop at a hidden gem: a beach completely inaccessible by land, that reminded us of the Shipwreck Beach, only in a smaller size and with no boat on it…

Our boat approached shore and then you have two options: or you come down normally, or you jump to the water, from the lower deck!

Either way, you’re going to love the experience as we did. In our case, it was quite unexpected, so sorry for the spoiler – we actually thing it’s a hell of a spoiler! 😊

After the boat departures this amazing place, it will make another stop far ahead, on yet another beach, which is completely inaccessible by land! Also, the captain decided to enter inside a cave with this big boat of ours… It’s another incredible experience, but you’ll have to wait for our next posts! 😊
