willkommen zum neunzehnten Teil unserer Rundreise über die Insel Korsika.
After the tour through the surroundins of Propriano we drove the next day to the north. We passed the village of Ocana.
Nach der Tour im Hinterland von Propriano sind wir am nächsten Tag Richtung Norden gefahren. Dabei kamen wir an der Ortschaft Ocana vorbei.

The road passed the lake Lac de Tolla.
Die Straße führte am Stausee Lac de Tolla vorbei.
The dam was built in the 1960s.
Der Stausee wurde in den 1960er Jahren erbaut.
The reservoir is fed by the river Prunelli. We had to wait before a bridge over the Prunelli, the sheep had the right of way.
Der Stausee wird vom Fluß Prunelli gespeist. Vor einer Brücke über den Prunelli mußten wir warten, die Schafe hatten Vorfahrt.
This is the river Prunelli, unbelievable that this stream can fill the reservoir. In the autumn it is normal, as there is hardly any rain in the mountains and no snow melts
Das ist der Fluß Prunelli, unglaublich dass dieser Bach den Stausee füllen kann. Im Herbst ist es aber normal, da in den Bergen kaum Regen fällt und kein Schnee wegtaut.
At last the dogs came and drove the sheep.
Endlich kamen die Hunde und vertrieben die Schafe.
The aim of our trip - the waterfall. We were a little bit disappointed.
Das Ziel unseres Ausflugs - der Wasserfall. Ein wenig enttäuscht waren wir schon bei diesem kümmerlichen Anblick.
On the way to Ajaccio we had luck. Right next to the road pigs are looking for food and are not interested in the holding cars.
Auf der Weiterfahrt Richtung Ajaccio hatten wir dann nochmal "Schwein". Direkt neben der Straße suchen sie nach Essbaren und interessieren sich nicht für die haltenden Autos.

Ne, im Frühjahr stürzen da nur so die Wassermassen runter. Wir waren im Herbst dort, da ist die Insel fast ausgetrocknet.

Ja, und in jedem Reiseführer sind von dem Wasserfall natürlich Fotos abgebildet, wo die Wassermassen den Berg runterstürzen.

Na klar, Werbung sollte schon möglichst spektakulär sein. Aber auch dieses kleine Rinnsal macht sich schön auf Fotos. ;)
