Good Idea but only there where there are no earthquakes! ;)

Hahaha. Absolutely!

Ah, the dreams we have in this urban world.

All that we can do, is dream.

Many a time the dreams are like a dog chasing a car. You enjoy the chase, but have no idea what to do if you actually catch it!

I'd love to explore that place! And maybe stay for a week or two :)

The only place to stay there is in a temple!

Can't camp, because there are too many bears...

I want to stay in the photographed dwelling! Dreams come true...

But why hardship, if you could have an Earthship? Sorry for the stupid joke, though the pun was intended! I mean, you could have the cleanest water, where you recycle every bit of it for plants that will feed you, and produce your own electricity, as much of it as you want. Check out Earthships, they are amazing. I'll be helping build one this summer, and document it on Steemit. So excited! I love the house under the rock, though. Just perfect for the question: "Have you been living under a rock all this time?" Just shake your head up and down. :-)

Haha. Go visit this place just to ask the owner that question!

It's a tough life out there. Yes there is clean air and water available. But that is about it. No vehicular access means no supplies. We saw a few locals actually lugging stuff on their heads to get it to this point.

Most people in such a remote place are shepherds, who go there during the summer and descend to the lower hills in winter.

Personally, i would love to live in such a place, but do not have the requisite skill set.
