'Licitars'
This lady is making local souvenirs. She didn't mind showing exactly how she does it. I noticed that she is really happy when producing the items. It is so important to be satisfied with what one does.
She is making moulds for 'licitars'. Those are small traditional cakes sold at certain occasions in the northern half of Croatia. They are made from sweet dough, baked and then painted with fruit colours.
Some are made not to be eaten but only for decoration purposes. As you can see, it is quite a bit of work to create moulds for different sizes and shapes.
The licitars are listed as a non-material heritage of Croatia in the UN list. They usually come in a form of a heart but not exclusively. However, we can see that she is also making figures and other souvenirs.
It feels good to see that people still remember, care and are not afraid to learn traditional trades. Not all that's new is necessarily good nor all that we've inherited needs to change.

Maybe you are not aware if souvenirs are not just memories or pieces of hands alone, but this object is an expression of the organizers who expressed gratitude for the prayers and the presence of the guests. Many people do not understand the meaning of a souvenir in a wedding or the like, so they just choose souvenirs for the show. In order to be happy you need to find a job that brings you pleasure. Or simple words - the best job is a paid hobby. Apparently this woman is really satisfied with her work. I know that in my country there are baking forms for baking (that is traditional).
I think that souvenirs are a "visiting card" of any country. That is, in each country there are these business cards. In some countries these are beautiful sovereigns with traditional ornaments, and in other countries these are beautiful figures.
Tradition is important for peoples. They need to be tamed and remembered. I approve of people appreciating their traditions and respecting the culture of other countries. It's good that there are still such happy people as this woman. Thanks to her and her work, many people will be able to enjoy the taste of traditional Croatian sweets. And also get a beautiful souvenir. Good job!

I loved the last thing you said and beautiful models of cake makes this lady, now we worry about digital and not for communion, what would the world be without these people? In truth we must return to our traditions and be more insightful in the things we do as it is cultural heritage.

Licitars hearts are an interesting part of the old Croatian heritage. Traditionally, they were used by young men to express their feelings towards some lucky girl on a Valentine's day. These little red hearts would represent a special sign of devotion and attention.
Licitars hearts date back to Middle Ages when food crafts became widely popular. It is assumed that this trend has spread throughout Europe, and thus came to Croatia where it got its authentic look. At those times, they were sold at the fairs and gatherings connected to church festivals, which is a custom somewhat kept even today. Even though Licitars are traditionally heart shaped, the most common shape you can see, they come in many creative forms. The one thing that never changes about licitars is that they are completely edible. They are made from honey dough and decorated colourfully with edible food colours, but they are used primarily for decoration. They can often be seen as Christmas or wall decoration in Croatian homes, and they make a very popular souvenir for tourists, as well.

The best way to enjoy your job is to do it happily not minding the stress or problems involved.
From the picture you can clearly see that the woman is happy doing her job. Satisfaction is always paramount in every job as it tends to give you the feeling of being okay with what you are doing at the moment.
