'Whatever Does the Trick'

crta.png

The road takes me further. I am riding on a road with woods on both of my sides. Feels liberating to hit an open stretch full of sunlight. It is as if the sun melts away all the cold from my body and tenderly speaks to me. It says that nothing is real but everything still exists on a whim of some magic.

Then it says that there is nothing worth worrying about, as nothing lasts forever and we are all just travellers having fun on a perpetually moving train. Some of us reach the destination sooner, some later but eventually all of us disembark the train and some point. Therefore we should all try to keep our focus on the good feeling while the ride lasts.

Same goes for the trees or anything else with a gift of life, for that matter. And all life is connected one way or another, perpetuated through good feelings, pleasant sensations and beautiful thoughts. That is how we grow and the woods, too.

The flood has ruined this place. It happens. Nature works separated from the notions of good and evil and focuses its work on whatever is needed. It does its course, plays its role and refuses to be stopped because someone wishes her to do something else.

There are many things people find pleasure in. From the ones who spend their time in solving formulas to the ones who enjoy being destructive. A whole palette of human ways in between. I find my pleasure in riding. To me, it does the trick.

Enjoy your day! :-)

Great post and nice pictures.
Awesome message as usual @velimir
Each one of us has our own evolution of life, and each one of us goes through different tests which are unique and challenging, but we all don't arrive at same time.
Steve Jobs once said, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.“
Just like you said, we will all get off the train at one time or the other, so there will never again be anyone like you. Your primary purpose is to be authentically you in every way possible.
Time can only be spent. That’s it. Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.
That’s why we cannot wait a moment longer than necessary to live our best lives.
Thank you for the inspiration. Have a good day.

I love your colours in your photography! It looks really nice. I took my time looking at them for some time. Thanks

Great ride man

Ahaan! Two Travels at the same time :p
Look like flood affects this place very badly.
yeah, trees are one of the best gifts for humans From God.
And do you know 1 tree produces oxygen for almost 16 kids?
It not a little number,
The government should took steps to make this place like it was before.

Nice post Mr I m to indonesia

You know? It's a really good day when it's just me and the motorcycle and the road. On those days it's hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. Nirvana!

Your forest reminds me of a place. One of my favorites. It'll be June til it's time to ride it, but I'm aching for it right now.

Thanks man. Great stuff.

Good post.
Good luck @velimir

I am thinking during of driving of bike how you capture your pictures?

PURPLE LIGHT
So back in the 90s I would gout out for run and after coming back to wash my clothes, the lint dryer was this color purple (or lavender). No big at first. Maybe some pollen. Then one night under a full moon running amidst a black and white gleam, I scaled a peak at Harriman State Park. At the top I stopped to appreciate. Then, I looked out into the distance to see the lights of Manhattan and there it was, a bit darker of a shade, but a distinct purple glow.
Some of the time I took my MOTORCYCLE. Weird riding after an intense run.

In that case due to the dynamics and friction between humans, there is likely to be some people or actors that we can not manage so it will be a stumbling block that is difficult to shut down. If in our lives, we attack such people or actors (those who are difficult to build and for our purposes), keep in mind the "Connected" theory. This theory says that everyone is connected to one another. The person who is really difficult for us to control or influence it is connected with other people. Every actor in a network or ecosystem of human life are connected to each other. People as our stumbling block, we are connected with others who may be connected to us personally or others we do not know.

Thaks you....

The first image has such a postcard feel to it. The colour of the road is surreal. Did you digitally alter it or that's just the way it looks? Stunning visuals. Thanks for sharing.

I think we should never let the fear of what could happen make nothing happen. Those who love to ride should gear up and go ahead. They should not let anything stop them. Traveling is great. Great pictures too.

Always great at the top @velimir

Hi @velimir
An excellent comparison of life with the train. Indeed, all of us will sooner or later come out at our stop. Some will do this before, and some later. Understanding this simplifies our outlook on life. When you have something limited in your hands (the thing that has an end), you begin to appreciate it more. It's the same with our life. We must appreciate it and rejoice in any situation.
Although in the future we are promised the opportunity to "change" to another train (prolongation of life due to technology). Therefore, it remains to hope for the best and to enjoy the moments of life.
Thank you

Nice story

I am not a huge motorcycle guy but my uncle and aunt are big fans of Harley Davidson and they own two motorcycles. They attend Harley Davidson meeting in Zagreb all the time. The love doing it. Plus the meetings in Zagreb are huge and they enjoy meeting other people. :)

Thanks for sharing part of your ride with us. Maybe one day I will give it a go and try and learn how to drive on. :)

Have a great day. :)

Nice perspective, very good pictures

The flood has ruined this place. It happens. Nature works separated from the notions of good and evil and focuses its work on whatever is needed. It does its course, plays its role and refuses to be stopped because someone wishes her to do something else.

And this part is just succinct. Very true, Nature does what is required even if it doesn't sit well with us

I don't ride a bike but I can imagine what you meant. With the strong wind blowing as you are moving on the road with the great scenery around you. It must be a great feeling!

nice clicks, hope you dont click while riding :)
