I'm putting of some videos recorded early on from my road trip east that I'm currently still going. These were made when I was still new to using DTube and wasn't accustomed to keeping current on my trip journal on DTube For us introverts it requires more effort to stretch beyond our natural need to remain rather anonymous, especially for us INTP Myers Briggs personalities. I'm sort of borderline extrovert and like to come out if my shell and be a bit of an exhibitionist. Hope you learn something and enjoy my travel vlogs.
This was recorded at Kyle's Landing Campground along the Buffalo River in Arkansas. This is a popular take out and put in place for kayakers and canoe-ers. Most put in at Steelhead Campground, eight miles upstream and float to this landing for a nice half day trip on the river. The Buffalo National River is in my opinion one of the best places to visit in America.
The photos are from a 9 mile hike from Steelhead Campground to Kyle's Landing on the Buffalo River Trail. That's my brother in the photos.
Most come in the spring when the weather is warmer and the rains fill up the creeks, rivers and springs in the area.
The hiking here is some of the best you will ever experience.
You can find remote areas to camp and hike with no problem. I have it on my top 10 places to see in America for a hiking and camping enthusiast, but you can also rent a canoe and float the magnificent Buffalo River for a change of pace.
It snowed on us a couple of days later, so be prepared for cold mornings and rain.
