Otro de los castillos más conocidos de toda Escocia es el de Eilean Donan, una fortaleza situada en la isla que le da nombre, isla bañada por las aguas del lago Alsh.
Un lugar que ha sido es escenario de numerosas películas, desde ‘Los Inmortales’ o una de las de James Bond, a otras como ‘Elizabeth’ o ‘La Trampa’. Un lugar con tantísimo encanto y con tanta historia que es fácil que haya muchos directores quieran que sus escenas se graben en Eilean Donan.
