Where is Uncle Kenny? He needs to join Steemit. He's the one that brought me to this wacky place in Ft Lauderdale Florida. Is it a flea market, a circus, a shopping mall, an antique road show, a car show, a drive in movie theater, an arcade, a cafeteria, or even a farmers market? Quite frankly it's all of these things.
They claimed to be the biggest flea market in Florida for years, but I don't think they are anymore. The Swap Shop has been around for decades and I recall visiting when I was a kid about 30 years ago. Seems as if nothing has changed in all that time. We went on a weekday to find my uncle a cell phone case. On the weekends vendors swarm the "drive in theater" area but when we went it was not so busy.
Inside the mall area they have an entire second floor that is nothing but arcade games, they have classic American memorabilia that is starting to get really dated and makes me even feel old. They have dozens of sports cars and race cars on display and that deserves a steemit post in it's own right and it will certainly get one. I'll throw one of those photos in here just to give you a taste. Now let's have another look at the Swap Shop in Ft Lauderale Florida!

The Swap Shop looks just as exotic as the Market in Chiang Mai Thailand! (Well maybe not, but that all depends on your perspective).
