It was my first trip to Thailand. As for me it’s a real festival of the stomach. I like spicy meals but pancakes with different fillings are also tasty.
It was not usual for me to find pancakes with banana or mango and eggs. The combination was a bit surprising, but it's interesting! We ordered pancakes with mango and banana.
It occurred that a pancake is giant. Sliced banana or mango mixed with an egg, a couple of minutes for cooking and you can have tasty breakfast. Bon appetit!
