Stilts: The Maldives of the Philippines

Hi! This is my 2nd post and i would like to share with you my Calatagan Batangas experience :)
This resort is located somewhere in Calatagan, Batangas. It will take around 8-9 hours from Baguio. Manila to Calatagan will take you around 3 to 4 hour trip.

This view was really spectacular. it calms the senses.

This was the tree house we stayed in. It can accomodate up to 4 people. Some bugs were err.. present but what do you expect on a tree? :)

Ohh how could i forget... the serenity beach itself.. best time to sit and relax? at 7am in the morning, where everybody were still dozing off.. sunlight was still good for the skin.. hearing only the gentle rush of waves at the shore.. lovely.. If you prefer to have an alone time, better not visit the beach 9 am onwards

This pathway was amazing and captivating. the reddish brown leaves sway gently with the wind.. The place was so huge, even if its fully booked it doesn't look too crowded. You could only hear the sound of "crickets" kulisap.

And lastly the most popular spot of this resort..The cottages on the beach. This cottages is good for barkadas, for couples and family. a little bit pricy haha so if you are after the view only, better choose cheaper rooms and visit this place after breakfast. 20160625_093453.jpg
IF I were to rate this place 8/10. Better see it for yourself :) A little bit far, but hey good places sometimes are found in a far away places. Not so exploited by tourists like us. And if you are planning to visit, ehem better start saving and plan your trip next year :) best go there during summer time.
