Well, it's 700 km door to door. It still takes us around 7 hours (sometimes longer) because of the traffic. Well, we want to see them as much as we can..

It's like a temple you know.. it's not like I'm really not allowed.. I just don't dare going there, lol! In Indonesia you are being served.. and this is what they keep from their culture so I don't even pour my own water :D
They keep asking me all day if I want this or that and then they bring it to me. When I finish eating or drinking they clean everything after me..
Food is the center of their life.. it's just a little bit different to what we are used to. It was also strange to me at the beginning but I got used to it..

When I'm organizing dinner at home for my friends I also don't let my guests help me. But my kitchen is together with the dinning room so I can talk to them while cooking :)
Usually they ask if they can help but I don't like anybody helping me with cooking :) And my experience is the same when I visit my friends. I ask them if they need help but they always say, just sit down and enjoy :)
