    #1 Return To Mt. Takao

@rt395 takes us to Mt. Takao in Japan. Luckily for us he's taking us there, as he would have rather spend his time enjoying a great beer in a bar! But after being told he needed the exercise by his wife and some convincing from his friend @steemitjp, he decides to set out anyways, on one condition, he's having a beer at the summit! There are a few options to reach the summit, either a relaxed trip by cable car or chair lift, or hiking! His friend was having none of the easy options, and so the hiking begins. Totally worth it to hike for the scenery and the scenic views of Tokyo though! During the hike you can expect to see trees mentioned in legends and temples full with dragons and other incredible artwork! Eventually they make it to the top, where you can see Mt. Fuji in the background in all its glory. A little bit later it's time for a well deserved pale ale!

#2 MANY SHADES OF MUNICH BOTANICAL GARDEN/ BAVARIA

@highonthehog takes us to the botanical gardens in Munich, Germany. It took 3 years of development before the garden first opened its doors in 1915. Whilst it gets quite busy within the gardens, the atmosphere still feels great, taking you out of the hectic city life for a bit. There is stunning flora to be found, but also the fauna should not go underappreciated. From a tropical greenhouse filled with over 400 different species of butterflies to some rodents scuttling around. You'll be able to find all sorts of climes, desert, jungle, mountain forests and more. If you want to experience a little different part of the world or just recharge a bit, whilst you're around Munich, this is definitely the place to be!

    #3 Exploring Aryapala Meditation Temple

@itchyfeetdonica takes us to the Aryapala Budhist Temple in Mongolia. Taking several train rides @itchyfeetdonica was making her way from Moscow, Russia to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. A two hour drive out of the Mongolian capital, we'll find this stunning temple, laid out in the beautiful Terelj park where she spent one night in a traditional Mongolian ger camp. To reach the temple, you have to walk up 108 - a sacred number in several Eastern religions - stairs. This specific temple belongs to the Gelugpa sect of Buddhism. They focus on the journey to enlightenment as taught by Buddha. It was build in the 1810s for monks to meditate and later in 2007 restored and opened to the public. Next to the temple in itself, you can also enjoy the stunning nature around, from the glacial lake Khagiin Khar to natural hot springs. Or how about enjoying some wildlife that can be found in the area, ranging from buzzards to brown bears!
