If a kilo has about 2.2 pounds I would say, my backpack has about 25 to 30 pounds - depends on the water and food I take with me.

oh! That is a lot! Well that's good, it helps you stay strong as a bull!

It's quite heavy, but it gets lighter the longer I hike, because I drink the water and I eat the food ;) lol

I think that is a great workout, you'll look like a little Arnold!

Like a very little Arnold - a mini mini Arnold ;) lol

Mini mini Arnold! lol..well he was unusual because he was what, 6ft? And most bodybulders are quite short.

Yes, he is a bit over 6 feet, I think. I don't know any bodybuilders, so I cannot tell ;) lol

Oh really? I assumed that Arnold started a bodybuilding craze over there. Do you lift weights or just your camera and backpack weights?

I have never been a muscle guy, and to be honest, I don't like the shape of these bodybuilders - that's too much in my eyes, some look good though 🙂
When my backpack is full it weighs about 15 kilos / 33 pounds, and if I hike on a mountain carrying that weight it should be training enough for me ;)
