I have never been a muscle guy, and to be honest, I don't like the shape of these bodybuilders - that's too much in my eyes, some look good though 🙂
When my backpack is full it weighs about 15 kilos / 33 pounds, and if I hike on a mountain carrying that weight it should be training enough for me ;)

That is true sir johannpiber, that backpack is a darn good workout. I agree, the top body builders look freaky and unnatural.

A bull! lol...that is very funny sir johannpiber. Me and the Mrs. J. have been working out forever but we never got freaky although she could have. She would have to be very careful because if she worked out too much she would gain muscle like a bodybuilder! loll..it's totally crazy.
Women bodybuilders would KILL for that ability! But of course I would have to work my butt off for any tiny gain. But now we just work out to stay in shape, for strength, and improve circulation and such, not for size.

You could go hiking with me and one of you could carry my camera backpack and one the food for us three. This would help you stay in shape and you would see beautiful landscapes and nature without snakes nor other dangerous animals, apart from tourists ;) lol

lol! Hey speaking of muscle men, Arnold was one of the stars who had to evacuate from his Los Angeles home because of the wild fires raging out there. I think they got the fire out in that neighborhood though so he's probably back home by now.
California is raging with wild fires just like every single year.

Oh, I didn't hear about that and hope that nobody got hurt badly. I don't think I would like to live in such an area when there are fires every year and you always have to be afraid to lose your home.
