I would love to live at the beach - I think, any beach would do, but the mountains should be near enough to go hiking whenever I want :)

Yes, hopefully, because from the Mediterranean Sea you don't have to drive very far to the next mountains :)

An ocean front home on the Mediterranean Sea sounds like expensive real estate. Maybe steem will have to go to $1,000!
