Have you tried Thai cuisine?
Sweet, sour and hot are the main flavours of Thai food. My personal favourite is none other than the Thai Curry. Today, I'm taking you to a Thai Cuisine in ShenZhen, GuangDong.

Thai cuisine is very popular in ShenZhen, each time I visit this place, it's always full of customers. Thai Curry is very popular in Guangdong and this is perhaps the reason why. In Thai cooking culture, they put thick coconut liquid in the curry to reduce the biting taste and enhance the scent, this taste conforms better to people's light diet's in GuangDong. For a finishing touch, they add some citronella, fish sauce and bay leaf. It's a very special combination that gives a very unique taste.

The Thai cuisine menu is very colourful, there many dishes which are red in colour. Ordering dishes is easy, on each table there is a pen, and you just place a ☑ beside the dishes you want.

Lets’s see the yummy Thai food:

Charcoal roasted Pork Neck: I really love this dish, the sauce is both sweet and sour and also a little spicy. The meat is soft on the inside whilst the skin is crispy.

Thai style, hot and sour phoenix claws (Chicken feet): The chicken feet is served with salad and pickled peppers. It's also sour and a little spicy. It smells fantastic and is a perfect appetiser.

Fried Prawn Curry: The curry is very authentic and the Prawns are extremely fresh. After finishing the prawns, we keep the sauce of the curry and eat it with the accompanying rice.

Fried Shrimp Paste Tong Choi : Shrimp Paste is another one of my favourites. When cooked with the vegetables, it gives them a delicious taste of the sea.

Northern Thailand Tofu:

This dish is very similar to Ma Po Tofu, typically having very spicy sauce, this does not disappoint! Best eaten with rice.

Curry chicken:

Of course, we can't leave out an absolute classic must have. The Thai Curry chicken special.

Thai Fragrant rice is quite famous in Asia. Here's how to eat it without chopsticks:

1.Use the spoon scoop up a moderate amount of rice to your plate.

2.Then use your spoon to scoop up the sauce from curry shrimp, curry chicken and tofu, and pour the sauce onto the rice on your plate and mix thoroughly.

3.Finally use the spoon as you would to drink soup in Western-style food to eat the mixture. After fishing the rice on your plate, you can repeat the steps above.

The Mini Snack Platter : This has hash browns, spring rolls, fried chicken and fried fish. These are all very crispy and serve as a good little snack.

By now, i'm already really full but I just have to try the prawn slices. They are buy 3 and get 1 free. It's a little salty and crispy and tastes peppery. I think it tastes better than chips!
