CANIGAO ISLAND

If you love white sand, clean and clear sea, friendly environment beaches. You should plan yourself in visiting this island. The sand is white and smooth.

This is a clear sight on what kind of sand this island has. This is just a small island, in fact there are no residence who live here. But because of popularity in the island, many small stores were built. If you have built a store, of course you will look into it. There are stores who always opened here.

Let's go into details about this island.

Canigao island is belong in Matalom Leyte. Matalom Leyte is one of the town of Northern Leyte. You can check in your Google map about this town. If you arrived at the town, walk for 2 metres from the national road going to the shore. Reminder, stop at center of the town, you can see their park. If you walk from the street, just go straight at the back of their park. You can see their information area. Go to the people sitting in the table, they will let you write how many people, age, location and phone number. If you're done writing it all, they will tell you that you can pay it in the window which is near from the table.

You can go to the island with just a cheap price.

120 per person, including the boat fair and the entrance and also that payment includes your fair in going back in the town.

Their cottage looks like this for 500 pesos or 10 dollars.

There are also small tent for you for a cheaper price but I didn't ask how much. They also have tables for more cheaper price. If you want to be near at the sea you can choose table.

But if you don't want to rent anything, it's fine but you need to pay for 100 pesos as the payment of the area you use.

Can you see those people sitting at the left side, they used table where to put their foods and anything they want to put.

It's okay to stay there overnight, no add payment. They also have water if you want to take a bath after swimming. They also have electricity there. You can find place to have an internet connection.

Now, think as you see this kind of sand and the sea. It's not that bad because for me it's good to have fun here.
