Korea, first time in East Asia

Korean girls are so pretty, and Korean guys are also handsome, so they are not available for me. Go back home, don't broken heart here :D Korean people are hard to smile, even people working in the museums, they don't smile to welcome visitors, I found only one man smile to me; maybe he was happy that I got out off the museum, because they were about to close the museum :D

Their ancient architecture are look almost the same to Chinese architecture, but the detail are quite different. Their architect are also go really well with the landscape, which make those building look even more amazing; even though those building are not that large. What I don't like is that they don't set the zone for the high rise building, so even in the heritage zone, we can see high rise building mixed with hundred years old palace; those are not going well with each other.

On the staircase getting out off the metro, I found a lady holding her heavy luggage alone, no one seem to help her lifting the luggage so I gave a hand. Oh allah, even I lifted that with her, my hand almost drop; and how could she managed to take it up all alone. It is hard to find myself do good thing :D

Day 1: East Asia and South East Asia are not that far from each other, but I had never been to any East Asia before, until this time that I have chance to visit Korea for e-Learning conference. Only 4 days here, but I will optimize the best out of this. Just the first day, I made a mistake already, visit a palace that is not opened on Tuesday :D

Day 2 & 3: How modern they are, they still manage to preserve the wood/timer heritage building. For us in Cambodia, Mr. Goerge Groslier, was worry since the early of 20 centuries that many Buddhist monasteries had started to construct with brick and cement, and Cambodian had almost abandoned the culture of building Buddhist monasteries by using wood. Here in Korea even the number of Buddhist are just around 20%, but the heritage of using wood to construct their temple is still keeping continue. We lost this beautiful tradition and it is really hard to recall it back. The detail decoration on wood, cannot apply on the cement/brick temple at all.
